They keep it high up on shelves and if any non-Muslim touches it, they start fighting on the pretext of disrespect of the book. The Quran came down for guidance. The Quran is a guide book. But Muslims have forgotten about this. They haven't taken the Quran as a guide book. They function according to their own minds.

Every Muslims, without exception, speaks about conspiracy theory. They never give references from the Quran about this.
Any Muslim you meet will say that the whole world is conspiring against them, persecuting them and wants to wipe them out. Based on my experience, I will say that you won't find even a single person outside our team. Our team has a different way of thinking, by God's grace. Whoever you meet, be it from the madrasa, university or college, will never give references from the Quran. If they do give a reference, it would be quoted out of context, only to justify their wrong ways. For example, they fight false wars and to claim that their war is a form of jihad, they will refer to a verse from the Quran. In the true sense, the Quran is not being taken as a guide book. This is my diagnosis.
